Airbrush Venturi has a proud list of “Firsts”:
-
The first to develop a genuine systematic method of
rendering realism with an airbrush
-
The
first to develop a VET accredited airbrush course
-
The first to develop a national standard for commercial
airbrush methods
-
The first registered airbrush school in Australia (RTO)
-
The first national school of airbrushing
While every school works hard to convince the public that they
are special and worthy of their student’s respect and trust, the
fact that the Venturi Method developed the first ever nationally
recognised VET Certificate shows that you don’t have to take our
word for it. It would never have gained this recognition unless
it was genuinely innovative and highly professional.
The same goes for our RTO status. No organisation can become an
RTO without meeting strict guidelines in organisational and
teaching professionalism. Airbrush Venturi is the first ever
organisation to become a
specialist airbrush trainer and the first to offer the VET
Certificate nationally.
We are proud to be the first organisation to dedicate itself to
creating new standards in airbrush methodology and its teaching
and an important part of this is, the recognition of our efforts
officially by the AQF. For more information go to:

VET:
According to the NTIS
“The Australian vocational education and training (VET) system
is recognised as among the most sophisticated in the world . . .
•
The AQF defines all nationally recognised qualifications. It
provides a single framework for all qualifications from Senior
Secondary Certification to PhD. Within the VET sector the
following qualifications can be issued:
-
Certificate I
-
Certificate II
-
Certificate III
-
Certificate IV
-
Diploma
-
Advanced Diploma
Under the AQF, the achievement of a group of competencies leads
to the attainment of a VET qualification.
The
Australian Quality Training Framework 2007 (AQTF 2007) is the
national set of standards which assures nationally consistent,
high-quality training and assessment services for the clients of
Australia’s vocational education and training system. It
consists of two sets of nationally agreed standards:
AQTF
2007 Essential Standards for Registration
AQTF 2007 Standards for State and Territory Registering Bodies”
• Airbrush Venturi only offers Certificate 1 level training
(only 140 - 180 hours training)
RTO’s:
According to the NTIS,
“Training organisations must meet AQTF 2007 standards to become
registered. Only registered training organisations (RTOs) can
issue AQF qualifications and deliver accredited training and
assessment.
Registered training organisations (RTOs) are providers and
assessors of nationally recognised training. Only RTOs can issue
nationally recognised qualifications.
In order to become registered, training providers must meet the
Australian Quality Training Framework 2007 (AQTF 2007)
standards. This ensures the quality of Vocational Education and
Training (VET) services throughout Australia.
Training
organisation register to provide nationally recognised training
with its
relevant state or territory registration authority.”
